Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator

Job Overview
We are a growing pediatric dental office in Vienna, VA looking for a friendly and dependable Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator.

This is an important patient-facing role. You will help welcome families, answer phones, schedule appointments, communicate with parents, verify insurance, and support the daily flow of the office.

Dental experience is helpful, but we are also open to someone with strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a great attitude.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and families warmly
Answer phones and respond to patient questions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Help manage the daily schedule
Verify insurance and update patient information
Check patients in and out
Collect payments and explain basic balances
Communicate clearly with clinical team members
Help create a smooth, organized experience for families

Dental office experience is a plus
Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus
