Job Description
Patient Coordinator – Orthodontic Practice (Green Valley Ranch)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Patient Coordinator to join our outstanding orthodontic team in Green Valley Ranch!
Schedule:
4 days a week
No weekends!

Deliver a high level of customer service and create a welcoming environment for our patients
Be a patient-driven team player who thrives on helping others
Manage front office duties including:
Scheduling appointments
Checking patients in and out
Handling payments and patient accounts receivable
Submitting insurance claims and following up on them
Any other front office administrative responsibilities that keep our practice running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
Orthodontic or dental experience is preferred
Friendly, organized, dependable, and eager to learn
