About the Role:
Diana Zschaschel DDS is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our dental practice in Los Angeles, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and professional first impression
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily patient calendar
Present and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear and compassionate manner
Coordinate patient follow-ups and ensure treatment plan acceptance and scheduling
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in dental practice management software
Requirements:
Prior dental front office or treatment coordinator experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Knowledge of dental insurance verification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented team player
Comfortable providing attentive, respectful care to diverse patient groups, including neurodiverse and special needs individuals.
