We are seeking an experienced and personable Front Desk Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for every patient.

Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Manage incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients
Schedule appointments efficiently across both office locations
Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
Handle insurance, payments, and financing discussions
Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical staff, and patients
Support daily front office operations to ensure a seamless workflow
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of dental front office or treatment coordinating experience (required)
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) preferred
Reliable transportation and willingness to work at both Morgan Hill and San Jose locations
Compensation:
