Dental Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Havertown, PA
We are looking for a friendly, capable, and team-oriented Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our established dental practice in Havertown!
Our ideal candidate enjoys helping people, communicates with kindness and professionalism, and works well as part of a team. You will be one of the first people our patients interact with, so a welcoming personality and a positive attitude are essential.
Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and help them feel comfortable
Answer phone calls and assist with patient questions
Schedule and confirm appointments
Manage patient check-in and check-out
Verify insurance information and collect payments
Maintain accurate patient records
Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and team members
Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly
Qualifications
Previous dental front desk experience is preferred
Experience with Dentrix software is strongly preferred
Friendly, dependable, and professional
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a busy dental office
Able to work collaboratively with an existing team
Committed to providing excellent patient service
