We are seeking an energetic and friendly individual with a “get it done” attitude. If you are open to cross-training, believe in the power of teamwork, and are passionate about creating positive patient experiences, we want you on our team!
Qualifications:
Require minimum of 3 year(s) of hands-on experience as dental office front desk receptionist.
Work eligibility requirements: Must be legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship
Require Dentrix experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Friendly and patient-focused personality
Bilingual Proficiency in Spanish and English
Attention to details
Adhere to HIPPA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality
Your Role (responsibilities):
As a front desk receptionist, you will:
Warmly greet patients upon arrival, setting a positive tone for their visit.
Efficiently checking out patients and collecting the payment from the patients, and updating the patient chart and ledger on Dentrix at the same time.
Maintain accurate patient accounts and records with precision.
Manage and organize specialist referrals to enhance patient care.
Update patient and its insurance information accurately
Maintain a professional and inviting reception area appearance
