Job Description
Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience is required

Responsibilities
Greet patients with a warm and professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
Check patients in and out efficiently
Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations as needed
Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
Manage patient charts and electronic records
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Perform general administrative and office support duties
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience is required
Experience in an oral surgery, specialty dental, or general dentistry office is preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Proficiency with dental practice management software and basic computer skills
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
