THEN WE WANT YOU!
We’re a busy, energetic, slightly goofy, totally awesome dental office looking for a FULL-TIME FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST to join our team!
What you’ll be doing:
Checking patients in & out
Gathering paperwork & consents
Collecting copays
Going over treatment estimates
Entering dental insurance
Making patients feel welcome and cared for
Dental experience is a bonus — NOT a requirement!
We can teach you the dental stuff. What we can’t teach is having a great attitude, being kind, communicating well, and genuinely enjoying people.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Fun, friendly & positive
A great communicator
Dependable & organized
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ready to learn
Looking for a long-term work family, not just a paycheck
4–5 days/week | 9 AM–5 PM
Pay based on experience
