Job Description
Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (Spanish/English) – Dental Office
Mannheim Dental · Franklin Park, IL
Please do not apply without dental office experience. Spanish fluency is required.
Mannheim Dental is a small private practice looking for a friendly, organized, bilingual front desk receptionist to join our team. We’re looking for someone flexible who can grow with us.
Schedule (Approx. 31 hours/week):
Monday: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday: Closed
Friday & Saturday: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of dental front desk experience
Fluent in Spanish and English
Working knowledge of Medicaid and PPO dental insurance
Archy software experience is a plus
Bonus: If you also have dental assisting experience, we’ll pay you more and can offer additional hours.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones in a friendly, courteous manner
Checking patients in and out
Collecting copays
Presenting treatment plans
Confirming upcoming appointments
Helping coworkers when the office is short-staffed
Pay: Varies based on experience
