DENTAL FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST — Smile Suite (Englishtown, NJ)

LOCATION: SMILE SUITE PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY · ENGLISHTOWN, NJ (ON-SITE)
JOB TYPE: [FULL-TIME / PART-TIME]
SCHEDULE: [MONDAY–FRIDAY] · [10AM-6PM]
What you'll do
Meet and greet patients and parents, and set a warm, welcoming tone
Schedule appointments and recalls, and coordinate the doctors' schedules
Confirm appointments and handle patient communications — phones, emails, and texts
Verify dental insurance and benefits, and collect co-payments
Keep accurate electronic records and manage the day in our practice software
What we're looking for
Dental front-office experience — required
Strong multitasking and a genuinely positive attitude
Warmth and patience with children and busy parents
Comfort juggling multiple software systems in a paperless office
Reliability, discretion, and a team-first mindset
Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a big plus
