Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing them appropriately.
Schedule and confirm appointments using dental software, Eaglesoft.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks related to office management.
Handle billing inquiries and provide information about services offered at the dental office.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding patient information.
Skills
Proficiency in phone systems and dental practice management software, Eaglesoft, is essential.
Experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear interactions with patients and staff.
A keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and schedules.
