We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Front Desk / assistant to join our vibrant dental team!
You will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient from check-in to check-out.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management dentrix ascend
Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance verifications efficiently
Collect payments, process collections, and manage billing.
Experience
Prior experience working in a dental office is highly preferred
Strong familiarity with dental terminology
Excellent computer skills
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
