Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Periodontal Specialists is a patient-focused dental specialty practice seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a professional environment, and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule patients and coordinate appointments efficiently
Present and schedule treatment plans with clarity and confidence
Check patients in and out with exceptional customer service
Answer phones and manage front desk communications
Add, submit, and track insurance claims
Assist with billing coordination
Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For:
Dental office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
