Job Summary

Duties
Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, verify demographics, and provide excellent customer service.

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments based on treatment needs and provider availability.

Verify insurance benefits, explain coverage and patient financial responsibilities, and coordinate claims.

Coordinate treatment plans, schedule recommended procedures, and follow up on outstanding treatment.

Serve as the primary point of contact for patient questions, concerns, appointment reminders, and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate patient records, process payments, coordinate with the dental team, and ensure efficient patient flow.
