Job Description
Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator
Location: 9990 Almeda-Genoa Rd
Position Type: Full-time
Pay Range: Based on skills/experience. A paid working interview is required.
Schedule: 40 hr/wk

We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the daily schedule
Answer phones, respond to texts/emails, and handle patient inquiries
Verify dental insurance, explain benefits, and collect co-pays/payments
Check patients in and out accurately
Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
Communicate effectively with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow
Handle recalls, confirmations, and follow-ups
Explain financing options to patients
Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish and English is REQUIRED
Previous dental front desk experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing basics is a plus
Experience with dental software Open Dental preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Professional appearance and positive attitude
