Dental Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

A modern, patient-focused, fast-growing dental practice in Randolph is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Front Desk Coordinator/ Manager to join our team.

This position will begin at approximately 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase to 30+ hours per week in the near future. This position has the potential to grow into a larger leadership role as the practice continues to expand.

Responsibilities
Manage daily front office operations
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow
Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with financial arrangements
Coordinate treatment plans and patient follow-up
Support practice growth initiatives
Help maintain a positive, organized, and efficient office environment
Qualifications
Minimum 2* years of dental office experience* as an Dental Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, or Front Desk Receptionist
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing procedures is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience with Open Dental preferred

Pay: $24.16 - $30.00 per hour
