Job Description
Main Street Pediatric Dentistry is a growing, independently owned pediatric dental practice located in downtown Belmont, NC. We are currently seeking an experienced Pediatric Dental Front Desk Administrator for an immediate opening.
Our office is committed to providing a positive experience for children and families while maintaining a supportive and professional work environment for our team.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and families
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Insurance verification and treatment coordination
Managing patient flow and communication
Maintaining a welcoming front office environment
Qualifications:
Dental front desk experience preferred
Pediatric dental experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and ability to multitask
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Pay based on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
Work Location: In person
