Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth clinic operations from patient intake to appointment scheduling and insurance verification. Your expertise in medical and dental office systems will contribute significantly to delivering high-quality care and efficient practice management.
Duties
Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and facilitate a seamless check-in process using dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, utilizing multi-line phone systems and maintaining an organized calendar.
Answer incoming calls professionally with excellent phone etiquette, addressing patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, is highly desirable.
Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and strong organizational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation review and insurance verification processes.
Bilingual skills are advantageous to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
Pay: $20.33 - $29.89 per hour
