Job Description
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30, with occasional Saturdays. $20-27/hr based on experience.
Norwalk Village Dental Center is a busy, friendly practice offering general dentistry, root canals, implants, oral surgery, and same-day emergencies. We're looking for an experienced dental receptionist to be the first face our patients see.
What you'll do: greet and check in patients, schedule and confirm appointments, answer phones, verify insurance eligibility and benefits (PPO and Medi-Cal), present treatment estimates, and collect payments.
Must have:
At least 1 year of front desk experience in a dental office
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience verifying dental insurance and explaining benefits to patients
Comfort with dental practice software (Open Dental a plus)
Live within 20-30 minutes of Norwalk
Warm, organized, and reliable
Nice to have: Medi-Cal (Denti-Cal) experience.
