Job Description
Front Office/Dental Receptionist/Biller. (Fresno, CA)
Our General Dental Office seeks a full time Front Office Receptionist/Biller.
Our practice focus in providing top quality dentistry in a fun and freindly environment.
Responsibilities: provide excellent patient/customer service, answer multi phones lines, schedule dental appointments, verify dental insurance, enter and present treatment plan, electronic insurance claim submission, receive and post payments.
Requirements: clean and professional appearance, able to communicate well, attention to detail, ability to multi task, self motivated, joyful, committed to continuous learning, positive attitude, team player, self motivated, must be hard-working individual, Dentrix Core and Ascend Software knowledge a plus but not required, 1 year minimum dental experience, knowledge of dental terminology and bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Type of employment: Full time, Monday to Friday from 8-5 pm.
Compensation: competitive wages based on experience, health insurance, paid vacation, paid holidays, paid sick time, retirement plan and bonus program.
