Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are a general dentist and facial aesthetics practice located in Commerce Park on the Trumbull/Bridgeport border. We are looking for a full time team member to be the smiling face at the front desk. As the first person that patients see when they walk into the office, it is important that this person is warm and kind, and happy to talk with people. PREVIOUS DENTAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST, and experience with Eaglesoft Software is even better. Responsibilities include properly scheduling patients, answering phones, ensuring paperwork and insurance is updated and completed, collecting payments, and submitting insurance claims. We accept most PPO's.

Our practice is a small, with one general dentist, two hygienists, one part time assistant, and one manager. There are NO nights or weekend hours required. In additional to bread and butter dentistry, we offer Botox, fillers, microneedling, medical grade facials, and sleep apnea treatment. The office is very team oriented, as everyone works together and chips in where needed.

The hours needed are:
Tuesday: 8-5
Wednesday: 8-6
Thursday: 8-5
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
