Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Pineville Dental Studio is a modern, patient-focused private dental practice seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits prior to patient appointments
Communicate insurance coverage and estimated costs to patients when needed
Accurately update and maintain patient records, including insurance information
Process payments and assist with billing and insurance claims
Manage patient reminders and follow-up communications
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Support the dental team to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
Previous dental front desk experience preferred
Experience with dental practice management software is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail with patient records and billing
Knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims, and billing processes is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
