Front Desk Dental Receptionist – Dental Office
We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice seeking a Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our dental family.

This position plays a critical role in patient experience and daily office flow. We’re looking for someone who is dynamic, positive, organized, dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling
Verify dental insurance and explain benefits
Collect payments and process transactions
Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
Maintain accurate patient records and front office systems
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional, calm, and team-oriented demeanor
Ability to handle a busy front desk with accuracy and care
Dental front office experience and knowledge of Dentrix highly preferred
Schedule:
4 days a week
Consistent schedule in a stable, long-term position
