Valley Kids Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team!
We are a boutique pediatric dental practice dedicated to creating a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for children and their families. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care and enjoys being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What We’re Looking For
A warm, outgoing personality and a positive attitude
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
Dependability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families
Dental office experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities
Greeting patients and families with a smile
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Managing patient registration and records
Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with billing
Coordinating patient communication and follow-up
Helping keep our front office running smoothly
