Job Description
We are seeking a Dental Staff Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal Hygienist candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality routine Hygiene care.
Duties Include
Greet patients - checkin and checkout - schedule
Document patient care accurately in accordance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
Utilize Dental software for patient record management, scheduling, and billing processes
Apply knowledge of dental terminology to communicate effectively with both patients and team members
Utilize computer to process payments, and insurance claims
Assist with dental charting for insurance purposes as required
Skills
Proficient in infection control practices and adherence to safety protocols-help flip rooms
Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures is preferred to help with billing
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to treatment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
Familiarity with billing and insurance is a plus
Requirements
Prefer a Licensed (or formerly licensed) Dental Assistant in North Dakota
Must live in/near Grand Forks, North Dakota
Position Details
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week, Schedule: 8 hour shift
