The Opportunity:

Join Our Team as a Front Desk Receptionist

Highland Dental | Richmond, KY

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $15-$18 per hour

Position Type: Full-Time

Education Required: High School Diploma or GED

As the first impression of our office, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Greeting and checking patients in and out

Answering incoming phone calls

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Verifying insurance information

Managing cancellations and maintaining an efficient schedule

Providing outstanding customer service and administrative support
