Elevate Oral Surgery located in Hixson, TN is seeking an experienced, professional, and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is essential in creating a welcoming patient experience while serving as a key liaison between our practice and referring offices.
**Responsibilities include:**
Answering phones and managing patient inquiries
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Greeting and checking in patients with professionalism and care
Maintaining strong relationships with referring dental offices
Supporting day-to-day office operations
Ensuring patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for from the moment they walk in.
We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organized with exceptional multitasking skills.
A confident communicator, both on the phone and in person.
