Dental Front Desk Receptionist

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a full-time front office team member
The Role
We are looking for an experienced front office team member or team member willing to learn to provide administrative support for our team and patients.

This role will include managing incoming and outgoing communications, welcoming patients to the practice, assisting with patient checkout: including treatment planning, verifying insurance, scheduling patients, and coordinating with the clinic team in order to create an incredible patient experience.

Required Skills
Willingness to be a team player and jump in wherever needed
A desire to learn and improve your current skills and abilities
Great phone and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and handle several incoming requests at once
Knowledge of Dental Terminology and Services
Basic computer skills - Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Document Scanning, Web Portal Navigation
Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus
Familiarity with Solution Reach is a plus
