Overview
We are seeking a outgoing, friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a knack for multitasking. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer support.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and patience.
Previous experience as a personal assistant or clerk is a plus.
