Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a Front Office Coordinator for our Prosthodontics practice

Core Competencies:
Minimum of 1 year dental front office or dental assisting experience *required
CPR Certification
Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus, but not required as we will provide training.

Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Essential Functions:
Excellent phone answering/communication skills (You are the 1st impression of our team!)
Impeccable organization for record keeping and inventory
A willingness to be flexible and accommodating for patients
Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness and service
Mastery in insurance, billing, payments and scheduling
