Job Description
We are a small privately owned dental office in Downtown Leesburg. We’re looking for a friendly, kind, courteous, quick learner, and a multi-tasker with good customer service. Knowledgeable with dental insurance and with administrative work. Experience with Open Dental preferred.
Typical duties include checking patients in and out, scheduling, treatment coordinating, and confirming appointments, verifying insurances, and collecting copay.
Part Time with opportunity for Full Time
Benefits: 401K, medical, PTO
Compensation $25-28/hr, or depending on experience

Schedule:
Monday 8am-4pm
Tuesday 8am-5pm
Wednesday 8am-5pm
Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday 8am-12pm
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Dental front desk receptionist/assistant: 1 year (Required), Minimum 2 years preferred
Open Dental experience preferred but not required
