Front Desk Dental Receptionist. No Experience necessary! Recent college graduates are welcome to apply!
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and highly organized Front Desk Dental Receptionist to join our team.
No dental experience is necessary, we are happy to train the right person. Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is intelligent, personable, comfortable with technology, and interested in developing their skills in a professional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include:
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming front-office experience
Answering phones and communicating with patients
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Managing patient information and electronic records
Communicating with the clinical team regarding scheduling and patient needs
Collecting and processing payments
Assisting with insurance and other administrative responsibilities as training progresses
Helping maintain an organized and efficient front office
Learning and utilizing dental practice-management software
Experience
Dental experience is not required.
We are more interested in finding someone with the right personality, intelligence, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We will provide training for the dental-specific aspects of the position.
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
