Join Our Small, Family-Oriented Dental Practice
We are a privately owned, family dental practice in Macomb, MI looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to become a valued member of our team.
As a small private practice, we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our patients and creating a welcoming, supportive workplace. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, works well with a close-knit team, and is committed to helping our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Responsibilities
Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and questions
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments efficiently
Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage when appropriate
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
Maintain electronic patient records using Dentrix practice management software
Coordinate daily schedules with the clinical team
Help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Deliver outstanding customer service with every patient interaction
Qualifications
Previous dental front desk experience preferred
Experience using Dentrix is strongly preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and dependable work ethic
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
