Dental Front Desk Receptionist Monday Through Thursday

Assure A Smile is seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk professional who takes pride in exceptional patient service, organization, and personal accountability.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of dental front desk experience
Strong scheduling and patient communication skills
Experience with treatment presentation and case acceptance preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits
Ability to multitask without becoming overwhelmed
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Comfortable learning new systems and procedures
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
Manage scheduling to maximize efficiency and patient flow
Verify insurance benefits and explain financial arrangements
Assist patients with questions regarding treatment and appointments
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support the clinical team in delivering an outstanding patient experience

Schedule:
Monday through Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Thursday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Friday, saturday and sunday OFF)
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
