Our Current Schedule:
Wednesdays & Thursdays: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Fridays: 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM
Every 3rd Tuesday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM (Note: We are working on being more available! Our goal is to expand our hours soon by opening every Tuesday).
The current in office hours are 15 hours but will guarantee a minimum paid hours of 25 hours per week. We also have option to work remotely.
Brief description the type of candidate we are looking for:
1. Candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
2. Candidate must be an energetic person who also pays attention to detail
3. Candidate must have great communication skills (phone and in person)
4. Candidate must have knowledge and experience in managing the schedule for Dental Offices
5. Candidate must be comfortable with technology (our office is setup with electronic records)
6. Candidate must be able to handle and have experience in billing and insurance (collecting payments from patients and properly documenting in patient's record)
7. Candidate has option and possibly to grow to help In the back and become a dental assistant
