3 to 4 Days Per Week (Monday through Thursday)
Front Desk and Treatment Coordinating
Beverly Hills Dental Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our Newport Beach location on a part-time basis.
This is primarily a front desk position with light treatment coordination responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with patients, managing a busy schedule, following up consistently, and helping patients move forward with recommended treatment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Maintain an organized and productive daily schedule
Contact patients who are due or overdue for appointments
Follow up with patients who have pending treatment plans
Present and explain treatment plans to patients
Assist patients with scheduling recommended treatment
Discuss payment options and help patients feel comfortable moving forward
Respond to patient questions and concerns
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support the clinical and administrative teams as needed
Perform all standard front desk receptionist duties
Qualifications
Previous dental front desk experience is required
Treatment coordinator experience is preferred
Must be comfortable discussing and selling dental treatment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
Solution-based mindset with the ability to resolve problems independently
Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Familiarity with dental software and insurance verification is a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
