About the Role:
Imagine Advanced Dental Arts in Lawrenceville, NJ is seeking a personable, organized, and professional full-time Patient Coordinator/Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy, multi-doctor dental practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a modern, supportive environment.
Base Salary negotiable, commensurate with experience. Benefits include PTO, Health Ins., 401(k) and a Bonus Program
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and balances
Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain and update accurate patient records and demographic information
Organize treatment plans and communicate financial options to patients
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
Requirements:
Prior dental front desk or dental receptionist experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing and claims processing
Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills with patient-first approach
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
Professional, dependable and a collaborative team player
