Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. Experience is great but not required.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling to maximize efficiency.
Confirming Appointments, fillings the schedule
Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointment schedules using medical office management systems.
Assist patients with inquiries regarding their appointments, services, and office policies.
Monitor appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests to maintain an organized schedule.
Any other duties listed by the provider
