Job Description
Front Desk
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information or directing calls to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
- Collect and update patient information in electronic medical records systems WinOMS
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Verifying insurance information and collecting payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental office
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a MUST!

Work Location: In person, Coral Springs Office, Travel to our other 3 locations at times if needed
