Prosper Star Dental Co. is seeking an experienced, outgoing, and highly organized Patient Coordinator Specialist to join our team!

Dental experience is required. Candidates without prior dental experience will not be considered.

We are a busy, patient-focused dental practice that takes pride in creating an exceptional experience from the very first phone call through every visit. We’re looking for someone who is warm, social, confident, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people while also being able to manage the details of a busy dental front office.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate and maintain a productive hygiene schedule, including reactivation and filling openings
Verify dental insurance benefits and accurately communicate coverage information
Assist patients with scheduling, treatment coordination, and general account questions
Be comfortable with treatment scheduling, case follow-up, and following up with patients regarding recommended treatment
Answer phones and communicate with patients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
Provide an exceptional patient experience both in person and over the phone
Manage written patient communication, including text and email
Assist with office marketing, social media, and community outreach
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming front office
Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to keep the day running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate has previous dental front office experience and understands the flow of a dental practice. You should be comfortable with hygiene scheduling, insurance verification, treatment scheduling, and patient follow-up.

Experience working in a high-end cosmetic dental practice is a plus. We value someone who understands the level of service, attention to detail, and patient experience expected in a premium dental environment.

Just as importantly, we want someone who is a people person. You should be naturally friendly, upbeat, polished, and comfortable starting conversations and building relationships with our patients.

Experience
Dental front office experience is strongly preferred. Experience with hygiene scheduling, insurance verification, treatment scheduling, treatment follow-up, and patient communication is especially important for this position.

Experience in a high-end cosmetic dental practice is a plus. Candidates who have worked in a private, cosmetic, or fee-for-service dental environment are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
$23–$28 per hour, based on dental experience and qualifications.
