Now Hiring: Dental Front Desk Receptionist – Full-Time (Monday–Friday)
Our friendly, patient-focused dental practice is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team Monday through Friday.
We are seeking an organized, dependable, and personable individual who enjoys helping patients and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients with a warm and professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments.
Verify insurance and assist with treatment scheduling.
Check patients in and out.
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records.
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth daily schedule.
Qualifications:
Previous dental front desk experience preferred.
Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.
