Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are a Specialty Dental Practice and we are looking for an experienced Front Office Adminstrator to join our team. The candidate must be proficient in both English and Spanish, experienced with all private insurances and Denti-Cal to assist us with billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front office operations and ensure efficient workflow
Manage patient scheduling, check-in/check-out processes, and overall office coordination
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Present treatment plans and clearly explain financial options to patients
Maintain accurate patient records and financial documentation
Ensure compliance with dental billing practices, including orthodontic procedure codes and fee schedules
Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and office productivity
Monitor office performance metrics and support growth initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Experience:
Dental receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
