Responsibilities
Must have Dentrix experience
Must be able to work Monday 9am-6pm and Tuesday- Thursday 7am-5pm
Greet patients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
appointment confirmation
Maintain organized front desk area
Schedule appointments, coordinate benefits
Provide general administrative support including filing, recare follow up, insurance verification, scanning, follow up on voicemails
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, email, Dentrix)
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and customer support interactions
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and visitors effectively
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks
Experience with patient communication and calendar management for smooth operations

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
