Location: Red Balloon Family Dentistry
Schedule: Full-Time
Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about patient care? Red Balloon Family Dentistry is looking for a Dental Front Office to join our growing team! If you enjoy helping patients feel informed and supported throughout their treatment journey, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude
Manage appointment scheduling and office calendar
Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
Verify dental insurance Medicaid and PPO.
Support the dental team with administrative tasks
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a dental practice
Strong communication and organizational skills
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes
Experience with dental insurance verification
Proficiency with dental office software
