Patient Experience Concierge & Treatment Specialist – Lakeview Dental Arts

We’ve mastered the art of dentistry; now we’re looking for a Superstar Concierge to master the art of the patient journey.

You are the "Director of First Impressions." You’re high-energy, detail-oriented, and you view insurance coordination not just as paperwork, but as a way to help patients say "YES" to the smile they’ve always wanted. You don’t just manage a schedule; you orchestrate a seamless day in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment.

The Expert Stuff You Bring
Insurance Mastery: You understand PPO in-network/out-of-network billing inside and out. You can navigate an EOB and explain it to a patient with total confidence.
The Closer: You have a track record of presenting treatment plans that lead to high case acceptance.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with the latest dental tech (Open Dental experience is a major plus!).
The Experience: You have significant experience in dental insurance and treatment coordinating (ideally 4+ years, but we value talent and "it" factor above all).

Mon 9am–5pm
Tue: 11am–7pm
Wed: 9am-5pm
Thurs: 10am-6pm
Fri: 9am–5pm
