About us
Smiles and Co. Pediatric Dentistry is a modern, doctor owned dental practice (only one location) that is focused on providing our patients superior care and customer service. Looking for someone with a positive personality, excellent communication skills, and ideally at least 1 year of dental insurance experience - however, we are will to train someone exhibiting great communication and customer service skills.
The role will include scheduling, treatment presentation, and insurance verification. Depending on experience, responsibilities may include handling patient and claims aging and chart reviews. This role is capable of growth depending on proficiency, ability to manage responsibilities, and shown dedication to the growth of our practice.
Can accommodate part time (3-4 days) or full time (5 days) depending on your preference but must be consistent, FULL days (see schedule below). We ask everyone to also work 1 Saturday per month (8am-1pm) except for the months of June and July there are no Saturdays worked. Must be very comfortable with computer use and emails as our office is paperless.
Office Hours: Tuesday 8-4pm, Monday/Thursday/Friday 9-5pm, Wednesday 10-6pm and Saturday 8-1pm **morning huddle is 30 min before opening time every day
