Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various clerical tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle phone systems, maintain office organization, and assist with administrative duties.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Support dental receptionist duties if applicable, including patient check-in/check-out processes.
Skills
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent computer literacy, including familiarity with .
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with phone systems and handling high call volumes.
Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
Ability to type accurately and quickly for documentation purposes.
Previous or in a similar front desk role is a plus.
