Position Summary
As our Front Desk Scheduler, you aren't just answering phones; you are strategically managing the heartbeat of our office. In this role, you will greet patients, verify insurance, keep records sharp, and masterfully craft a schedule that ensures a smooth, seamless patient experience. Because you are our first point of contact, a fierce commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions with a smile is a must!

Primary Responsibilities
The Ultimate First Impression: Warmly greet patients, answer questions, and provide patient-focused service that sets the tone for their visit.

Master of the Schedule: Strategically book and confirm appointments to optimize daily office flow.

Data Integrity: Accurately obtain and update patient demographics (addresses, phone numbers, insurance, or self-pay status) within our system.

Insurance & Financials: Keep patient insurance information current and securely process payments.

Patient Liaison: Seamlessly direct calls to proper departments or management when necessary.

Compliance Champion: Maintain strict patient confidentiality and always abide by HIPAA best practices.

Daily Operations: Open and close the dental office efficiently according to established protocols.

What You Bring to the Team (Requirements)
Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to best serve our diverse community.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: * 2+ years of customer service or front-facing experience (preferred).

1+ years of experience in a call center or scheduling environment (preferred).

Skills: Strong communication, a knack for multitasking, and quick problem-solving skills.

Physical: Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a workstation in a lively office environment.
