About Our Practice
We are a privately owned dental office known for providing compassionate, personalized care in a warm, professional setting. Our team values integrity, teamwork, and exceptional patient service. We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and courteously
Verify insurance benefits and process insurance claims
Collect co-pays and manage billing or payment questions
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in our dental software
Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and the dentist to ensure smooth daily operations
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
Qualifications
Previous dental front office experience required (minimum 1 year)
Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and scheduling software (Open Dental preferred)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
High school diploma or equivalent required
