We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing pediatric dentistry and orthodontic team. Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally, providing exceptional front desk customer service
Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software and coordinate patient flow
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies at all times
Support clinical staff by reviewing care plans, assisting with documentation review, and ensuring proper coding
Handle phone communication professionally using proper phone etiquette and manage treatment scheduling efficiently
Collaborate with team members to improve office workflows and enhance patient service experience
Requirements
Proven clinic experience in a dental or medical front office setting with strong knowledge of medical billing and coding practice
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone, text, email and in person
Knowledge of clinical confidentiality policies and health information management standards
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills combined with excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive patient interactions
Dental experience is a plus
